The Ministry of Defense is holding the 10th edition of the international-scale defense industry exhibition, Indo Defence Expo & Forum 2024, from June 11 to 14, 2025, at Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo), Kemayoran. The exhibition features thousands of companies from dozens of countries and spans an area of 70,000 square meters. There are 55 participating countries and 1,180 companies, both domestic and international.

Of the total participants, 659 companies come from abroad, while the remaining 521 are domestic companies. In addition to corporations, the event will also be attended by 13 Ministers of Defense, 4 Deputy Ministers of Defense, and 10 Chiefs of Armed Forces. A total of 32 countries are also presenting their national pavilions to strengthen global defense cooperation and diplomacy.

Carrying the theme “Defence Partnerships for Global Peace & Stability”, Indo Defence 2024 is not only a showcase of the latest military technology, but also a strategic forum for strengthening defense collaboration among nations. Through this event, Indonesia reaffirms its commitment to maintaining regional stability and peace by advancing its defense industry sector.

One of the companies providing specialized uniforms for special forces and military personnel, PT Batanghari Sukses Makmur (BSM), is also participating in this year’s exhibition.
PT BSM is showcasing its flagship products, ranging from a variety of camouflage-patterned military uniforms to complementary gear such as helmets, vests, backpacks, boots, and many more. PT BSM is showcasing a range of flagship products, including fire-resistant uniforms for both pilots and soldiers. These uniforms offer protection for more than 5 to 10 minutes, depending on field conditions.

In addition, more than five camouflage pattern designs, tailored for various field needs, have successfully obtained copyright protection. Currently, PT BSM is targeting production for military personnel both in Indonesia and internationally.
